Jessica is the Kansas City Area Director. She obtained her real estate license in 2006. She jumped into the business during a downturn in the real estate market and spent time building her business when others were leaving it. Even in a tough economy Jessica believes there is wealth to be built through real estate.

Jessica is an expert in working with investors and has a strong passion for teaching others about the investment of real estate. She has served as city official and believes in community outreach and education.

Jessica holds a cosmetology license and has owned her own salon. She is a mother of five. Jessica not only understands business, but she understands people and has a proven track record of success in negotiations. Her ability to “think outside the box” has helped her succeed in negotiations.

Jessica has not only worked on your average real estate transactions, but also has an expertise in foreclosures, short sales, investment properties, and land acquisition. Jessica is committed to the service of her clients and the building of their personal and business portfolio.
